Review :

Atreyu decided to stray off the path of their metalcore sound and for this cd decided to embrace a radio sound/ alternative try. Now they didn’t take out the screaming as there is still alot of it but they made it alot more radio friendly almost. The sounds are still extremely catchy and even though most people tend to hate this I LOVE it. Really every song is catchy, the riffs are good and the screaming is still amazing and you really get to hear how great the clean vocals are.The only downside is “Wait For You” is too slow and just the odd track on the album and ends it off wrong.

Score :

9/10

Kingdom Of Giants is a upcoming deathcore band straight out of California. Their sound is like most bands with screaming and clean vocals. Although with their release of this EP they have set themselves apart from the rest. Right from the start with the vocals their screaming sounds different from others and they have some of the best clean vocals I have ever heard. The riffs are awsome and every song is great and will have you singing it in no time. With songs such as “A Test Of My Survival” and “Watch Me” they really show that they know how to make a song. They screams and clean vocals go together perfectly and with this being just their EP I see this band going no place but up in the metal world. This cd scores a rare perfect score.
