After narrowly surviving a deadly plane crash in the Alaskan wilderness, a band of oil riggers must fend for their lives in the ice and snow. But thanks to wolves that view their presence as a threat, they aren’t alone.
This is the perfect survival movie. It’s visceral and brutal while at the same time heart-stopping. Constantly watching it you wonder what will happen next and how they are feeling. You also wonder if there is anything Liam Neeson can’t kill. The story to this film is simple enough but the adventure they end up going on to survive is one that stands out. The wolves themselves look great and kinda scary. The film is violent enough to be cringe-worthy to some while not being too over the top. The ending though is one you’ll remember as the way it ended is a shocker yet by far the best way they could have ended it. This is a must see for everyone and something you won’t regret watching.
Named her best friend’s maid of honor, down-on-her-luck Annie’s competition with a fellow bridesmaid, the wealthy and beautiful Helen, threatens to destroy the wedding. Meanwhile, a local cop takes a liking to Annie.
This was a big shocker for me. I was expecting to like this, like this ALOT! I had heard nothing but awsome things about it and how it was funny and raunchy etc. Man, was I disappointed. Now maybe it was just over-hyped for me but I didn’t really care for it. I found the story to just be okay but really no one is watching this for the story. There were really only a handful of scenes that I found funny. I mean the cast was awsome and everything it’s just that I didn’t find it funny. It took me two days to watch and it couldn’t really ever grip me. I mean yes, I do see why some people would enjoy it but it really doesn’t desereve all the hype and praise it is getting. It’s worth a watch maybe but even that I can’t recommend.
