Review :

I really do hate spoof movies anymore with this being the prime example. A low budget cheap cash in that ultimately has no redeeming value to it.

What little story is involved mainly focuses around the general setting of Paranormal Activity 3 with all the cameras inside the house along with a small plot point tieing to The Devil Inside. You get all the normal modern pop culture bits thrown in including Adele, Storage Wars, Bane (Dark Knight Rises), Bridesmaid and QR Codes. What you don’t get though is any humor. I mean the entire thing where their daughter dresses like “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo” doesn’t carry a single laugh with it and even tries to make it overly raunchy with no avail.

I still don’t quite understand the entire mock of “The Artist” in this movie. They try to make it a plot part almost and crack a few small jokes about it but other than that they just constantly mention it. Also don’t expect star power in this movie really with the exception of French Stewart who is even only in it for 5 minutes or so.

I really hated this and would like to almost forget about it. Non exsistant jokes, a story which does nothing, and just overall a unpleasant waste of time that can’t even give a single laugh. If French Stewart wasn’t in it this movie would get a solid 0. Even with it I can’t recommend you stay away from this enough.
