Review :
Oh A Day To Remember I started off hating you but now I’m a fan. This cd is full of some metalcore goodness drenched in pop punk addictiveness. The majority of the songs are catchy enough to remain stuck in your head for a while yet at the same time some can be quite heavy at times. You kick off the album with a bang with “Sticks And Bricks” which is one of the heavier songs on the album along with “2nd Sucks”. You also have some more pop punk sounding songs like “All Signs Point To Lauderdale, This Is The House That Doubt Built, It’s Complicated, and All I Want”. While they are all great songs it just it is a different pace. By far though the standout track is “You Be Tails I’ll Be Sonic” which just starts off heavy and has a punk sounding chorus that gives it that sing-a-long vibe. The clean and screams on this album is great as is the production which gives you a clear sound onto everything. The album is one of the best pop punk like albums in recent times and one of ADTR’s best albums. Overall it’s worth the listens.
